Four Tracks to Reset Your Perspective
- The Anchor Verse: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you
and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11 - The Truth: Anxiety often lives in the “what ifs.” God is not surprised by your future; He is already there.
- Action Step: Write down one thing you are worried about, then write “God is already there” underneath it. Commit to praying that specific item for one week, noting how your perspective shifts.
- The Anchor Verse: “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works…” — Ephesians 2:10
- The Truth: You are not defined by “The Algorithm” or the metrics of success others set for you.
You were designed with purpose before you ever achieved a thing. - Action Step: Choose one attribute you love about yourself (a personality trait or talent). Thank
God for it daily, acknowledging it as a gift designed for a specific purpose.
- The Anchor Verse: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
- The Truth: Feeling alone is a common human experience, but you are never actually isolated
from God’s presence. - Action Step: Reach out to one person this week—not to talk about your struggle, but simply
to ask how you can pray for them. Connecting with others often dissolves the walls of isolation.
- The Anchor Verse: “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
- The Truth: Faith is a relationship, not a feeling. When you feel “dry,” it is an invitation to go
back to the basics: Scripture and silence. - Action Step: Practice the “5-Minute Reset.” Put your phone in another room for 5 minutes,
read a single Psalm, and spend the remaining time sitting in silence telling God, “I am here.”
